opus® dispenser
A dispenser with a reagent recirculation system for motor-powered dispensing directly from the reagent bottle. Available in three volumes (10 ml, 20 ml and 50 ml).
Simplify the laboratory routine while still working with high precision – combining functionality and user-friendliness with functional reliability and efficiency. Serial dispensing procedures with consistent reliability of results can also be realised through electronic control – up to 9999 times if required. A standard stepper function enables the dispensing of several partial volumes (which may vary) from a single cylinder charge. Sophisticated details facilitate control. The dispensing procedure is configured on the intuitive TFT touchscreen. The user is guided through menu functions which are easily legible and comprehensible. Nine different dispensing procedures with their complete settings can be saved in the method memory and reactivated at any time if required.
Overview of details:
Electronic control and dispensing of volumes
A light protection window for the valve block is also included in the scope of delivery
TFT touchscreen with user-friendly menu

ceramus®
A dispenser with a reagent recirculation system for manual dispensing directly from the reagent bottle. Available in six different volumes.
Uncompromising reliability – years of experience gained by Hirschmann in liquid handling are reflected in the perfection embodied in ceramus® and absolute attention to detail. The graduation gauge and digital volume configuration engagement guarantee consistent precision and volume dispensing and ensure reproducible results – absolutely independent of the user. The dispensing piston made of high-purity aluminium oxide ceramic and the DURAN® glass cylinder guarantee a maximum level of chemical and thermal resistance. The high-quality materials in all parts conveying medium enable use within a temperature range from 4° C to 50° C. The complete unit can be steam sterilised at 121° C without dismantling.
A special HF version designed for dispensing very aggressive media is also available. The piston and cylinder are made of high-purity aluminium oxide ceramic, the valve seats and balls are ceramic and valve springs are made of platinum / iridium.
Overview of details:
Piston made of high-purity aluminium oxide ceramic
For fixed and variable volumes, from 0.2 mL to 60 mL
The complete unit can be steam sterilised at 121° C without dismantling
Free rotation
Media recirculating system for simple and rapid venting without reagent loss
User-independent, reproducible volume dispensing
Digital volume configuration engagement, calibrated for a lifetime

solarus®
A titration unit with a reagent recirculation system for manual titration directly from the reagent bottle. Power supplied by a solar cell. Available in three volumes (10 ml, 20 ml and 50 ml).
Advanced energy concept, precision results – sets standards as the world’s first digital burette with integrated solar cell. The power supply for the electronics and display is derived exclusively from an integrated solar cell. Batteries can be completely dispensed with. Easily replaceable valves, individual calibration with “Quick-Cal” and permanent storage of the manufacturer’s calibration facilitate rapid and flexible adaptation. The vivid digital display prevents meniscus reading errors and is always clearly legible, regardless of the viewing angle. The handwheels with soft touch surface are ergonomically optimised for particularly precise control.
